Zoe took 3 or 4 steps tonight ! I still can't believe it. I think we might be in trouble hehehe. As if we aren't already.

Thanks for letting me share our excitement.

Oh that's so great!! Well, I know how you feel about babies walking so early - but c'mon it is great!! Haven't all your girls been early walkers??

The second time Ben ever walked we happened to have the camera on and he was playing with Donny and then he just stood up and took off across the room and we got it on tape - I was dumbfounded and couldn't get too excited Because I couldn't believe it LOL

Trust me I was encouraging her to walk. Tory has been trying to get her to walk for a few weeks and usually she will dive to find something to hold onto before she even moves her feet.

We went to a party with my friends and their kids on Friday. Zoe was crawling all over the place and getting so dirty and she was eating the sand in the sandbox yuck. I finally stuck her in the kiddie pool to clean her off and she loved it. She wanted to be down playing with the other kids and didn't want to be held. I just got so sick of chasing her, kwim? I was thinking if she was walking it would be a bit easier. BTW, my 15 month old nephew got stung by a bee on Friday.

I gave Maddie the camera last night and she taped Zoe. She actually did a great job! We went and bought a new digital camcorder and what do I grab everytime? The digital camera with the movie function.

Maddie took her first steps at 10 months and walked at 11.5. Meike was 9 months and was cruising at 9.5 months. I'm sure Zoe will be walking by 11 months. She seems more like Maddie with walking and crawling. It's suprising since she will dive off the couch without even thinking but she's afraid to try to walk without holding on to something. She does it more when she isn't aware of what she is doing. Distractions work great for her. Oh and I caught her trying to stand in the middle of the room.

LOL. I'm sure I did spell it wrong though. I'm too lazy to spell check.
