That's what my legs look like now. How did you lose it? About 15 years ago I went on my own diet where I cut back on food, and used no extra fat and trimmed all visable fat from meat before I cooked it. I still went for a donut in the a.m. with friends and I lost 120 lbs. I am so mad at myself for letting it come back on.
Please keep it off. It gets harder every year to lose it.

Shell you have come along ways with your weight loss and you look so good now. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
Oprah should have another show on successful weight loss without going on a fad diet and you should be the main guest. You have proven that you don't have to go through drastic measures to look good.

Ohmigosh, I have to say - no matter how big you were or will ever be - you were always so incredibly happy and bubbly and just a generally wonderful person, which in my opinion, is much more important than how big you are.
Regardless of this point, you should be proud of setting a goal and obtaining it - you are an amazing person Shell and should be so proud of yourself!!!

Shell, don't be so hard on yourself, Keep the pics that you hate to motivate yourself to keeping on track but what Lana said! and you are much healthier now which is such a huge bonus. its so easy to stop looking after ourselves, but you are an inspiration to us all:)

That was then and this is now. Now, you can seriously laugh at who you used to be, but the old version of Shell Marr is no less LOVABLE and OUTSTANDIND than the new and ever-improving, edited version! You've GAINED so much HEALTH and ATTITUDE and
ENERGY and POWER in choosing to change your ways/lifestyle and continuing to do so. I ADMIRE AND RESPECT YOUR COMMITMENT AND YOUR DISCIPLINE! Honestly, I think Oprah should do a show on YOU!!! You deflated that Shell Marr's defeating lifestyle and habits to become the Dynamo you are today.
