Here are pictures that Shane took for me tonight of the sunset from our deck. I asked him to because I realized we don't have very many pictures from the deck and if we move after the first of the year (that is when we will start condo/house hunting again) I will be sad to leave Alki Beach if it comes to that and not have lots of pictures of what we see every night in the summer.

They're beautiful! He he I couldn't share nice pics if I wanted to at the moment (middle of winter, no nice snow but no leaves on the trees and it's grey and gloomy outside and freezing!). Thanks for sharing! For a moment there I was living in a much more beautiful place

Really, really gorgeous!
I loved your place in the middle of the day, but at sunset it looks really spectacular! I can totally see why you would be sad to move away from the beach, hopefully it won't be too far away!

There is a ferry boat in the and part of a sail in the 1st one. I can totally see why you would be sad to move away from the beach, hopefully it won't be too far away! yes, we don't plan on going too far....we just may not be able to see it from our living room & kitchen

Because it is only a one bedroom 607sqft, no dishwasher, only 2 washers & dryers that we have to fight over downstairs and we rent...we would like to say it is "Ours" someday.

It must be quite a spec. when lightening streaks and thunder rips!!! I can almost hear some noisy birds. Do alot of people walk dogs/jog in the area? Don't laugh, but it's the kind of view that makes you want to hear a beer or coke can exhale and just...hang out with friends or a really good book.

SO pretty!
I should post pics of the our view - LOL. You would die laughing probably. It's basically a big dirty pond and a ton of construction behind that. I'm very jealous of where you live! I love Seattle (besides the perverted horse people)

I love WHERE we live, it is just the size of the place, and lack of a few things I would like to have-----like a dishwasher, washer & dryer, and space for Shell to be creative with her own decorating ideas----a place that is "OURS"!!

I must say I am so jealous of you right now - I love winter...last night I actually thought about it being winter...just think of how snuggly you feel under a blanket watching TV at night with the snow swirling around outside...I love winter!! *sigh* now I am jealous - i know you think I'm crazy LOL

I adore winter. I always have. I'm really NOT a summer person at all. I enjoy summer views in pictures a lot, not so much when I'm dying of heat exhaustion. I just prefer winter if it would snow, now that's romantic and cozy
