Just when I think life is improving...wham!! Ok, I have a few questions...My IBS-A has been improving..I am listening to the Hypnosis CDs and really have started to feel better...But, my reflux has gotten worse...I know that has nothing to do with the cds, but I was wondering..does anyone else have reflux on top of IBS and do they seem to go hand in hand? I don't know if maybe I am smoking more, which is irritating my stomach or what..(btw, I am trying to quit, down from 1 - 1 1/2 packs a day to 5 cigs a day) It seems like when the reflux is worse so is the IBS. Any advice would be appreciated....(or encouragement, the last few days have been HORRIBLE)
