Are your meds. causing fluid retention? My meds. cause the opposite problem, but I know that a lot of bipolar drugs can cause weight fluxuations/fluid retention, not to mention either D or C! I enjoyed them tremendously! I recommend it to everyone as it is both energizing and relaxing. I also have a Kundalini dvd that I do that's quite good.
