It is just one of many nicknames my bf has for me Betharoo, Roobit, Roo. The newest addition is "beth-an-elbow" instead of bethany (beth-a-knee) hmm maybe I should change it??
There was another Bethany on here when I joined so I thought I would save the confusion

How fun that everyone got their nicknames in such different ways! My friends have called me Kree since high school. It started when my friend Sara began calling me "Kree-sten" instead of Kristen, then eventually it was shortened to Kree. My roommate in college also picked it up, so it's been my nickname for over 8 years now!

Don't have the ego to be Yoda, and HanSolo was the guy that hang around with all the cool people, so there you go.

To be honest, it's the same as another e-mail address I have. At the time, the service only allowed 10 characters for the name, and I really wanted Computer in there somewhere. But, when I coupled it with my birthday (8-21), it was 11 characters. So I just took out the 'e'. Unfortunately, that's created so many missed e-mails over the years, but it's too late to change it.

Mine is stupid. My husband's name is Tory but everyone calls him Torbo. He used that for his online name and then eventually it was torbette, so I took the feminine form of it. What can I say? I don't have creative bone in my body.

When I first joined it was "Shell1970" same as my email. But then my signature was Shell Marr.... so I later changed it to match. Shell is short for Shelley, has been so since Shane started calling me that when we met online in 1998
