Thanks!

The wrist tattoos have actually been pretty easy to cover up... for me, a watch and a bracelet or two almost completely hide it. If it's on the underside of your wrist, it would be even easier; a friend of mine works in a very corporate government job, and she's never gotten any flack for the ones on the underside of her wrists, because hardly anyone ever even notices them in the first place.

People told me that my chest tattoos would be horribly painful, and they were a piece of cake. Everyone's pain tolerance is different. I imagine the foot would be a little sting-y because there's no fat to pad it, but hey, the pain is only temporary, right?

I'd love to have a tattoo, but I am a chicken. I had a shot of novacaine in my face the other day and it hurt for days, even after the surgery stopped hurting. Besides, I'd want to have one on my one of my boobs, but they have given way to years of gravity. Getting old is such a joy.....

I'm not brave. I'm addicted.

The pain is nothing, really... like a bad sunburn at the worst. Having such beautiful color added to your skin is worth every second of it anyway.

And thank you!

You made me feel better about getting it on my wrist. I guess at 47 what the heck do I care what people think!

I know this sounds corny but I am going to get an R with a small heart for my hubby. I am not really into tattooing names of others on my body but this is something that I really want to do. We have been together for 23 years now and I just want it. The idea came out of the blue and I haven't been able to let go of it.

I'm still searching for what I want on my foot. Something Celtic I think but not too big. I had 3 babies without meds I'm sure I can handle a little stinging on my foot.

I got my first tattoo at 46 and it is something I thought about and wanted to do for years. I picked something small because I didn't know how bad it would hurt. It really wasn't bad at all.

If gravity has hit pick another spot and go for something small.
