mine was GREAT! Was up at my in-laws cottage in Wisconsin, the weather was so-so, but it was SO relaxing....we were outside from dawn til dusk practically. I got lots of sleep, took a few naps...and get this---had ZERO digestive issues the entire time!! Everytime I go up, I feel gross, and basically have no BMs so when I leave I feel pretty crappy (ha ha, get it?). But this time, I was taking the Benefiber, resolved to drink lots of water, and went 2x a day!! I was so happy I wanted to tell people but I kept it to myself for decency's sake. I even had a few beers and some ice cream and felt super. I couldn't believe it!
Got home late last night and half-expected to find the earwigs kicking back watching tv, but didn't see any. Thank goodness!
Now back at work, boo! It's quiet though, so I may sneak out early....

I had a great weekend too - we had our long weekend on Friday - but it was wonderful!!! We went to the beach where we were fortunate enough to be blessed with two beautiful days of sunshine. Then Saturday my son and I took a FOUR HOUR nap in the camper - Ah it was so nice to have the breeze blowing through the camper and just sleeping. It was the best sleep I had had in forever and we both woke up in a much better mood.
Then Saturday night we set off a ton of fireworks and sat around on our neighbours deck and laughed until our stomachs hurt - It was a perfect weekend - that's for sure!
It sounds like you had a great weekend too - Glad to hear you were feeling well - I know how you feel about feeling crappy - usually it's much too warm and then I am left to read in the bathroom for most of the afternoon. Glad to hear you had a wonderful time.
