If all else, ask the sales manager what he would want done if it was his car. You can always move up to the general manager or owner if you aren't happy. I don't want the hassle of being carless again, or having to pick something off the lot...or getting my license plates reassigned... But I am now spooked that this car is going to be a problem that I will continually need to worry about/repair... Maybe it's just a fluke that this happened only a week after getting it, though. And maybe it really is a good car. Thanks for the support.
