kids and IBS

hi,
6 months ago i started this diet for my 9 year old son..
with fab results
he is like a different child...i live in scotland and there is little or no help here for IBS.
just one little request...anybody have any ideas on some kids recipies?

I'm in England, so not THAT far from you.

Try doing a search on the Recipe Board...or just have a trawl through the Recipe Index.

Off the top of my head, Anti-depressant Brownies and Rice Krispie Treats will always go down well. And anything that's chicken based should be easier I think - as a kid, I loved chicken. Pureed or well cooked carrots usually go down well with kids.

Any feedback?

PS. Do you have "IBS: The First Year"? Heather's put LOADS of advice for parents of junior IBSers in there as she's had IBS from a very young age.
