Well, I did it 6.2 miles in one hour. I am starting to come back after serious knee problems, so right now I couldn't be happier or more tired

Good for you! I was thinking about you earlier today and wondering how you were doing. How was the weather for it?

Bravo! I am getting back into running (every summer I seem to start over) and am determined to keep it up. I used to have a marathon as a dream goal. Now I would love to just do some 5 and 10 K's and have fun with it. You are an inspiration!

That is awesome!!! Good timing for starting over after an injury. You should be proud of yourself.

I was unable to be here this weekend to send you encouragement but I just wanted to check in and see how the 10K went.

I used to run in high school, but have stopped because I am now in a city and don't like running here. I used to live in a small town and was able to run without worries.

Anyways - I hope it went well. Again, sorry for my delay in wishing you well.

Congratulations! That's a great accomplishment, particularly with knee issues as well as IBS concerns. Exercise (in any form) is such a boost, but competitive events can really put you through the roof!

It was a perfect day for a run, cloudy and 70 it was tough but I am so happy I did it, the next big event comes Sept 20 when I am doing a 5 mile run representing my company at the Indianapolis Corporate Challenge, talk about pressure! My goal at this point is to be able to do the Mini Marathon in May...
