...is that I have really long arms for my height. I can reach just as high, if not a smidge higher, than my 5'9" boyfriend. It comes in handy - other than my brothers, I don't know anyone IRL as tall as 5'11".

haha I know..

Its funny because my drivers license pic was taken about 5 years ago when I thought being tall was so cool and I told them I was 5'6".. haha its not like they check.

Then I realized that 90% of boys have miraculously gotten shorter in recent years (hard to find one over 5'9" in boston), so its better to be short than tall. haha nice theory huh?!?

5'4 1/2 is the truth though.

Kind of like I fibbed a little on my weight! But you're right, they don't check so why not?!

It must be those corn grown boys b/c everyone around here seems taller than me. I feel like a dwarf next to my fiance who is 6'2".

I definitely know what you mean about the tall guys around here. They grow just as high as the corn. I am 5'9 1/2" and my fiance is 6'2" with his brother at 6'5". I usually feel so short around those two. Course at work everyone comes in so many heights that I don't worry about whether I tower over some or they tower over me. Kind of nice to be able to blend in.

I always hated that I was so short, till I realized that 99% of the guys I've known, even as friends, like short girls.

I just always wonder how I managed to be so short, and my brothers are both at least 6'. It's just wrong!

I'm 5ft 11inches ( I think usure of conversion) but 185cm tall! Not the tallest by far but pretty tall, enough so people always ask me to get groceries off the top shelves for them and I can change a lightglobe in the ceiling without getting a chair. Don't have real tall parents though. Dad's about my height and mum's 5 ft 2" so don't know where it came from. Will have tall kids though, DH is 6ft6"

Somewhere around 5'10"-5'11". Funny story: When I got my driving permit at the age of 17, I wrote down 5'10", but the clerk thought it was too much and changed it to 5'4" which I certainly was not. But that's the ID I had for a year!

They're men there that I swear are no taller than me...and LOADS of women that I look down on! Doesn't happen very often.

I;d love to have long legs...mine are TINY so I can rarely find pants to fit w/out heels. I've actually bought ankle length (ie. slightly long 3/4 length) pants from Gap before that reached my shoes. They were bliss.
