Just hung up with our Agent... he is coming over to our place at 7pm to go over paperwork and get our autographs... and he is TRYING to get an appointment with the Sellers & Sellers Agent for SATURDAY to present our offer in person!! hehehe I'm so excited.... I'm bouncing in my chair!!

A little delay.... we are not meeting at 10:30am Sat morning. Our Agent is still waiting for one more fax. The Sellers ARE out of town for the holiday weekend....BUT are reachable via fax.... so after we sign in the morning the offer will either be hand delivered or faxed to the Sellers Agent and then he will fax to the Seller.
Shane has spent the last 2 hours on www.homedepot.com LOL
