There are women bodybuilders that look just like the men, that's too much for me. But the picture that Shell put up is just an athletic build. Have you ever seen the women on the Olympic track & field team, basketball, etc. ? I've grown up around female athletes, so maybe I am just used to it.

p.s. and I'm not talking about the East German teams a few decades ago!

Oh no I didn't mean to imply that, hope I didn't offend!

I would disagree with you though that women can't look like that naturally. Sure some female bodybuilders DO take drugs - but not all of them do. And Monica Brant's build, especially in the pics Shell posted, does not require steroids or anything unnatural to achieve, IMHO I would also disagree with you that there is a such a thing as "man muscle"... but ok ok I digress... lol

You didn't offend me.
All I meant by 'man muscles' (sarcastically said) is that men nare naturally more muscular than woman - just the way we were made.

That woman looks great in some pictures - but then there's that one in a tank top where her arms are huge, and that is not natural - sorry!
Yes I have seen woman athletes and runners - lol. I'm not talking about her legs and stomach as much as her arms. I trained with a body builder in high school for swimming (I was State 4 years and junior Olympics 2 years), and I was told so many times that woman cannot achieve that kind of muscle defination w/o supplements. That's all! I don't want to argue, so that's all I've got to say Sorry if I offended any of you for some reason!

Nah, I think she looks great. Muscular women are strong and sexy - why do women need to look weaker than their male counterparts to be attractive?

(And well, quite frankly, I'm into women - so I consider myself an authority on this subject, lol... and trust me, muscular women ARE cuddly ) That is kinda what I was thinking.... I think she looks HOT!! hehehe

Anyway... go for it Shell! If anyone can get there, it's DEFINITELY you! Thanks!

This is my favorite picture of her so far...does not show her with TOO much muscle (I will not take steroids) I have a smaller pic of this one in my collage on my fitness notebook that I take to the gym with me everyday....so I see this pic a lot....

Hey, Shell - I can totally see you reaching this goal! (And wearing that shirt - it's cute! Lol.) That's a really good picture; I like her arms. Wow!
