Oh man was that broccoli a mistake last night! What powerful gas I have this morning! I was really scaring the spiders big time. Good thing I'm otherwise alone in the house today.
Usually I just pick the chicken out and eat that, but for some strange reason I was drawn to the Gnarly Evil Green Stuff in the chinese food last night. OK, totally back on the wagon today!
Just had to commiserate with the other gaseous souls out there! Hope everyone else is going well today!

Oh no! Broccoli is the WORST! Avoid it like the plaugue. Asparagus is also VERY bad for gas.
EEEKK...
Stick with spinach! It's far nicer to us IBSers.
Have a great day Nelly.

Pre-tummy issue days I used to LOVE broccoli. After the effects it has had on my tummy it is now one of the only vegetable that I still cringe at the thought! Cabbage is another one! BAD THINGS!
My sympathies! (And yes, it's good you're alone today!)

-It's very good for me. Keeps me regular and no evil effects. Gonna go have some for lunch right now, in fact.

Remember when Bush Sr. (or was it Reagan?) dissed brussel sprouts? All the farmers went nuts?
You're right, everything affects everyone differently.

I thought he dissed broccoli actually... did he get brussel sprouts too?
