I'm slowly recovering from surgery - it takes it out of you more than you expect it to! But I have lots of help and no one around here will let me do ANYTHING so recovery should come quickly.
With the grandparents help, we did manage to get some portraits made of the kids. I wanted to get them done close to Sarah's first birthday, and that was back in JUNE, so it was time! I was allowed to sit on a chair and watch, and it was QUITE a funny scene to behold. Nothing like 4 or 5 adults trying to take 3 preschoolers' pictures. Anyway, we got some great shots and some pretty funny ones, too. So if you care to, enjoy looking! And thanks so much for all the prayers and kind words. I'll post more updates, soon.

I'm so glad that you are doing well. I was thinking about you earlier today.
Your kids are absolutely darling---all three of them, although the boys would not like it if they knew someone called them "darling." (they're handsome!) Your youngest son is quite a ham, isn't he? I could tell that before I saw the photo of him on the motorcycle.
Enjoy this time with all your help and let us hear from you often.

Awwww-love the pictures!!! Next year will be fun since Luke may be missing a tooth! Those are my favorite pictures of my boys - those missing teeth really make them cute (opps-handsome  )

Your kids are gorgeous! I love their outfits too -did you make them?
I'm glad to hear your OK and also that no-one will let you do anyhting as you deserve a rest after what you've been through. Congratulations on your courage and determination and I hope you'll have a speedy recovery.
