Hey Cailin,
Are you just looking for brand names of IBS-safe foods that are available in Canada? If so, I've got a few:

Rice Dream Rice Milk

Earth Balance Butter Substitute (available at Health Food Stores)
Amy's Soy Cheese Pizza (I've seen this at Loblaws and the new big Shoppers Drug Mart)
Tofutti Ice Cream (Big Shoppers Drug Mart)
Tofutti Cream Cheese (Big Shoppers Drug Mart)
