Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am new to IBS and the website. I just found out on the 9th of this month that I have it. Any suggestions would help.

The best suggestion I can think of is read, read, read. There's a lot of information here. Use the search function if there are things you have specific questions on, as most questions have been asked and answered before at some point.

If you happened to open this, I thought I would explain that when someone puts NT at the end of the subject line it mean NO TEXT, meaning there isn't a message so don't take the time to open it up!! It took me a while to figure that out so I thouhgt I'd pass it along!!
