Newly in love??? We need details!! How else will we live vicariously through you???

And I need his name, so that I can sing the 'sitting in a tree' song, just kidding.

Ooh, I am so happy for you Tina! You deserve all that happiness SO MUCH!
You are gorgeous, your new apartment is gorgeous, the weather is... well, I wouldn't say gorgeous yet here but it's getting there!
No wonder you were seeing everyone as downers when you're all in love and on cloud 9, hee hee. How absolutely wonderful!!

My family and friends who have really stepped up to the plate while I've been sick. In fact it makes me THANKFUL for this time of illness/pain because it has been a chance for me to REALLY SEE/HEAR/KNOW how loved I am... I used to think I was only valuable for the good things I do. I see that the people in my life who really matter, LOVE ME just for me, even if I can't "do" anything or be useful in any way. Even my children, when they crawl up beside me and rub my tummy and tell me I'm beautiful, for no reason. All this has been wonderful and really solidified these relationships, esp with my husband... he sang me a song when he asked me to marry him called, "I Will Be Here"... and BOY, he HAS been here and is STILL here... okay, this has made me cry... I'm done!!!

Take care,
Michelle

I am thankful for...
1) Finding a job where everyone is kind and friendly

2) Having a car with a CD player, which makes the commute to work more than bearable!

3) Adrian - Whether things work out or not, he has been the biggest support during my IBS and who will lie on the couch with me until I fall asleep, who will brush my hair for hours if I put an action movie on, who tells me he loves me every day.

4) My sister for being so funny, and so patient, and so lovely. One of my biggest supports.

5) Chocolate - in any form

6) Adrian's parents, for paying for our trip to Mexico so we get a week to play in the sun even though we are totally broke.

7) For "The Amazing Race", "Survivor" and "American Idol", my guilty pleasures.

8) For having had the chicken pox young, after seeing my sister go through them last week in her thirties!

9) And last, but certainly not least, for everyone on this board who congratulates me when things are good and offers me hugs and support when things are bad. To everyone who takes time out of their day to reply to me, and put a smile on my face, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

**big hugs**

2 - My darling Si, who loves me even tho I'm broken and broke!

3 - Archie, who's so funny and still loves having hugs with his mum even tho he's now huge!

4 - Having some work to do so at least I'm bringing some money in this month!

5 - Finally having got an appointment with a psycologist to discuss my fibro.

6 - The flowers in my garden.

7 - These boards keeping me sane no matter what!

8 - Rooibos tea which is filling me up so much today (and keeping me awake )...I thought I'd eaten loads of cals, but it's only 677 so far!

9 - The music on the radio!

10 - No headache!

Everyone's thankful for the big stuff... I try to find at least 5 little unique reasons to be happy, every day...

1. A longtime internet friend and her gift of Mocha Teeccino , which arrived in the mail today.

2. It may have taken me over an hour to clean out 3 flower beds, but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards, as I relaxed in the yard and looked over my work, was priceless!

3. Blooming daffodils in my backyard!

4. Phone call from my dad.

5. Grilled food... yum!

Wonderful thread for sure! I have a wonderful husband who loves me with all of his heart, two little blessings from God who keep me busy at all times, a boss unlike any other as he lets me put my family first, an incredible group of friends who love me despite my "warts" and a God who blesses me every day with something to smile about. Life is good!
