Hi, friends!
My IBS D-free streak continues at 1 year, 3 months and 8 days. Yay, me!
And I made it 22 days between migraines this time. That's the best I've done since last fall. This one was wicked though, wiped me out for three days. Just back to (relatively) normal today.
Hope everyone has happy tummies today!

Hi LauraSue it is so good to hear from some one I know.I haven't been on line in a long time.Do hope your Migraines stay away,I only get the big D once in awhile since my surgery in Aug.you take care.
