When your IBS gets ugly, what do you?

When my IBS rears its ugly head, I READ! Reading is my favorite medicine!!
I also talk on the phone, listen to music, go for a walk, and, of course, go straight to the boards!
What do you do? I'm looking forward to your ideas!

Ugh, I hate when this happens but this is what I do:
I just stop moving - I usually try and lay down with a heating pad and a movie. I'm usually so tired by this time that I take a nap also.
I ask bf for a foot rub/back rub. One time, without my having to ask him, he rubbed my tummy. It felt so good!
I brew up some strong-arse tea.
If I'm up to it, I'll pop in my Pilates DVD.
Lots of stretching!
I allow myself a couple of b*tching/ranting/complaining/(bf would say whining) sessons, and I'm done with it. Not much that can be done, and whining about it certainly won't help.
I put on what I call my fake preggers pants (big stretchy waistline) and veg out.

I get in the tub...a hot bath always helps me feel a bit better. I also read or watch a good tv show curled up in bed.
