in my best friend's wedding. I'm so excited. It's been a while since I've had a new dress so it'll be good. I'll post a pic of the dress once we choose (Casey or someone might need to help me with this.. not sure how to do it). We go dress shopping Monday. I'm a little worried though, that with my OCD I might have trouble... I have a huge fear/aversion to crowds as of late. I hope I don't have a panic attack there. That would be the worst.

One thing I used to find helped me when I was panicky on crowded Tube trains was closing my eyes (so I don't see the crowd), counting my breathing in and out INHALE-2-3-4 EXHALE-2-3-4 (so I don't hyperventilate) and sniffing some lavender essential oil(either diluted in a little bottle or on a hankerchief).
I don't know if any of that would help with the OCD, but I sure do understand. Even now big crowds get me jittery - Si's used to walking through a crowd with me clutching his jacket!

my best friend is gettign remarried but she has decided to have her kids be her wedding party and then have adult attendants to help the 4 kids.. so I get to be one of the helpers... it should be interesting.. nto sure which of my godchildren I'll get.. probably not the oldest- he's the only boy, so I'm sure she'll ask her brother or one of the men in her life to help him.

I haven't been to, let alone been IN, a wedding in a long time!! Try to relax and have fun looking for dresses!! I HATE crowds too but if you going during a weekday it shouldn't be as bad! Can't wait to see what you guys pick out! When is the wedding??
