I have a DVD player on the new computer. So I am doing Patricia Walden's Yoga for Beginners. This morning when I was doing poses it loosened the mucous and it all came out in my tissue. WOOHOO! Has anyone else found that yoga helped their sinuses clear? What a wonderful experience!

I did ypga last night and again this morning. I plan to do it 1st thing in the am and last thing before bed. So far so good!

I biked on the bike trainer after doing yoga. I am finding the more I exercise, drink water, and since taking sugar out I feel better than I can even recall feeling...I have a doc appoint. tom and another next Tues. and I plan, G-d willing, to get off my meds!

I feel SO GOOD!

I coulnd't have done it without you guys
*hugs* Thanks for all the support! I'll keep ya posted

Ruchie that is wonderful!! Maybe I should try this yoga thing. I could really use some sinus relief about now. I didn't get much sleep last night and woke up w/ a sinus headache and mild soreness.

I hope you make it off the meds. I am not doing so well w/ that but I refuse to give up just yet. I think I need to add more exercise and water into my routine.

Lotsa hugs and love,
Christie

Tissy, you can do it!

I have to tell you...I feel like a different person. I chew my food slowly, drink tons of water, listen to my body....it's amazing! I'm more confident and much happier. Even hubby has noticed a change. (I'm even more organized!) It's wonderful...I LOVE my life!

It all started with taking a walk on Thanksgiving and then meeting Dalia and detoxing. I am so very greatful to have my health coming back more and more each day and to be feeling so good. My skin even looks better! LOL

Everything is better

I am praying for you a lot Tissy! You WILL get better...you keep researching and coming to the boards. There are so many great tips for adding water, etc. Use the resources here to the brim...and as always...I'm here for you in any way I can be *hugs*

FEEL GOOD my dear friend!

I'm about to start Pilates as my vein issues won't allow me to run anymore or even walk for long time/fast pace. Hope that is as beneficial as yoga for you!

I'm so happy that the excercise is helping you feel better Ruchie! Good work I actually have never tried yoga for my sinuses, I'll have to try that...I do pilates and find that they just make things hurt more, but maybe the yoga would be more beneficial. Thanks for sharing!
