It's my hubby's 34th b-day and he wants to go to Ruth Chris' Steakhouse on Saturday night. OMG that is wrong!!! I will be sitting in a restaurant that serves the best steak I have ever tasted in my life and smelling that yummy aroma and seeing them pass by my table. And then the ultimate will be when he gets a nice juicy tender steak and eats it across the table from me. I don't usually care if he eats steak at home but then it doesn't smell or taste like steak from Ruth Chris'. I can't deny him a steak just b/c I can't have one, I mean it is his b-day. So I guess I should check the menu for any IBS safe stuff if there is any. And have the waiter bring extra napkins for my drueling.

Thanks for looking the menu up Shell. Now I am thinking the Salmon or Tuna would be safe choices but my mind says "No steak well then lobster is the next best thing!!" That would be safe if I don't dip it in butter, Right?
