I have just been diagnosed with IBS. I was glad that at least there was a name for it. I was beginning to think it was all in my head. Just ordered the IBS the first year, and some of the herbal teas, and have made the necessary changes in my diet. Here is to hoping it helps!

You have come to the right place. As you have probably noticed, there's great support around here. Even before your book arrives you can find all sorts of tips and recipes that will help. Just use the search button at the top.
