Sorry i don't get to post much anymore,some of you might even remember me i hope?? LOL. Anyway i just wanted to know if anyone else feels like they have lost their sense of confidence since being diagnosed with IBS? I struggle with this alot because i feel like IBS holds me back from so many things in life. I just don't have the confidence i once had. I'm not as spontanious as i used to be, or outgoing as before.My dh talks about moving from Wisconsin to a warmer climate,,,just too tired of this cold and snow all the time!! I would love to, but i just feel like i dont have enough confidence to break from my safe routine,my comfort zones to move somewhere where i dont know anybody. It's just talk of course, we arent really going to move at this moment.Still i can't help but think how much IBS has affected my confidence,self esteem and attitude.How does anyone else cope with this??

I notice my lack of confidence in relationships because of my IBS. I worry that any problem my BF and I have is related to my stomach problems and maybe if I didn't have them, there wouldn't be a problem...
Lot of what if's.
