I had to take pics to email to people in California who are interested in selling them and then on Thursday I have a meeting with a buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue! I am so excited but I hope I'm feeling better by then because I've been feeling just awful the past week. Anyhow though here they finally are! (I'm dedicating this post to Sinead sorry it took so long!) LOL Thanks for all the compliments - you are making me blush! As for the appointment at Saks, my older brother is such a busybody and quite a socialite. He knows someone everywhere he goes and could sell something to anyone. But being a social butterfly like he is he "friends" with a few people that work at our store here and one is this gay guy that has a huge crush on my brother and always tells him that if he changes his mind (cause my brother has a girlfriend) that he knows where to find him. LOL But anyhow he knows a lady that works there too so hopefully this will all pay off and I can sell them there. I just can't imagine how exciting that would be! I can't wait for the day that I see someone walking down the street with one of my purses - I think it'd be the same feeling that singers get when they hear their song on the radio for the first time. As far as what we would charge the stores, the clutch is like $45, the medium sized one is like $75 and the large one is close to $100. From there it would be up to the stores as far as how much they'd sell them for. I'm glad you like them! I did answer those somewhere, but I can explain it again I did design them. My dad owns a company where he sells blank recordable media like CD's, DVD's, cassettes, all the different casings for them all and things like that. So most of the plastics come from factories in China. One of his friends and business partners is Chinese and in charge of my dad's business with these factories and such and he also has connections at other factories that do all sorts of things including the ones that make purses. So my dad and he had talked about maybe doing a purse line, so with my dad's investment I sent over drawings and specified the leather and all I wanted and they just sent us these samples and now we're trying to make sure there are places to sell these before placing our order. Does that answer it? I am just so excited about this and I really hope it works out!
