Still doing well! 3 weeks no migraine! And no IBS either!

Hi, everybody! Just my weekly update to let you all know how I'm doing. The goddess of migraines is smiling on me at the moment -- I've made it three weeks without one! That equals my last streak around Labor Day. Now I'm going for four!!
The IBS gods are being kind also. Still 9 months and counting. I don't know what I'm doing right, but if I figure it out, I'll bottle it and sell it! (Actually, I'll give it free to all of you -- but the rest of the world has to pay!)

yay yay yay laura sue...so happy to hear how well you are doing ( we miss you here!)...a question - does no ibs mean that you have no attacks but still eat safe and sfs etc, or literally NO ibs???

Glad to hear you're doing so well. I hope the streak continues for a long time.
If you figure out the secret let me know since I'm going downhill fast (then again that's probably cause my doc misdiagnosed colitis for IBS, grrrr). I've got my fingers crossed that having the correct diagnosis will turn things around for me. My goal right now is to make it one week without any migranes or symptoms of colitis. Just gotta take things one day at a time.

no hormones. i want a hormone-ectomy, then i'll never have migraines again!
anyone with a solution, feel free to advise! (no, i can't go on the pill--- the migraines get MUCH worse)
