I just thought I'd share some good news.
At work on Friday a client gave me a card and then quickly ran off. When he left I opened it and it was a $50 gift certificate for a fancy Italian restaurant in town. I had designed some posters and such for his organization.
I called my BF and told him that I'll be treating him to dinner sometime soon!
They have a small selection of items that might be safe for me to eat. I'll have to be careful but I can't pass up this opportunity!

That's great news! What a neat gift. I love Italian and I can eat spaghetti & just regular sauce... nothing fancy. Usually I ask for the sauce on the side so I can put on as much as I want and not have it smothered in sauce. Sometimes it's the sauce that bothers the tummy. Also, eat lots of the fresh baked italian bread.....that will be a good cushion. AND, don't overstuff! HEH!

Thanks Barbie. It will be tricky finding something to eat but if I tell the waiter/waitress for no cheese or meat or I think I'll be ok.
I'll eat lots of bread for sure.
