Whew!! I thought this day would never come!!! We finally came to an agreement with a buyer, and we close on December 3rd! Of course, we're not getting exactly what we asked for the house, but close enough. We ended up dropping the price $3000. Yay!!!! I'm so excited!!!

officially- 3 days!!! but while getting it ready to list we found a house, so we put a contingency offer in the same day we listed the house.. which is a bit nerve wracking because if the house doesn't sell by the end of Feb (and this is the slowest season) we could lose the other house.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
