Meg,
I may have missed your reply before but I remember you were having a meeting with the catering staff to look at putting things that you can eat on the menu- what happened?

My work canteen has the following safe stuff that I have noticed since you asked (without knowing about my IBS!)
- turkey meatballs
-baked chicken breast
- Baked cod
- Roast turkey
- Veggie stirfry with rice.

Would love to hear your update,

Sinead

Hey,

So far it's just been chicken and veggies, but I've finally convinced them to be a little more creative with herbs and spices, changing them from meal to meal. They do occassionally serve turkey breast or turkey burgers, but they don't keep them in stock on a daily basis. About once a week they serve somekind of fish, but I don't really trust it after a bad experience last year (there was sand in my scallops ). I can always get either rice or pasta though.

I'm still struggling with variety, but housing has made it easier for me to use the kitchenette in my building. They finally decided to give me a key so I wouldn't have to search for an RA every time I wanted to cook something. They also gave me another microfridge so I'd have more food storage space. I only trip over it once a day now since I'm starting to remeber it's in the middle of my room.

Meg
