The past few months I have 4 really light days and then WHAM i get hit with major flow and cramps for 5 days! I think I might be making a visit to my ob just to make sure I don't have any cysts. Have noticed that my IBS is better this time. Normally my flow aggravates it! Just had to vent. Angela E.
