Writing has been my dream for ever!! I love to read and I have all these stories in my head but I can never seem to get them on to paper!! I used to write all the time in highschool. I have a poem published in the The National Library of Poetry Across the Universe Book!! That was pretty cool!! I got editer choice for up and comeing poet> I haven't written much since then!!

I am an only child!!! I have a step brother, step sister and an adopted brother and sister ( they are only 4 and 3 years old) None of them have those names. All though if kenna had been a girl it would have been Patrick. FREAKY!!!
I am not going to post my poem!! It was pretty depressing and I don't know if you guys would like it!!!

OK, your call about the poem.
Re Family, your adopted bro and sis are only babies, are they your Dad's or Mom's? I know you have issues with stepfamily from other posts. I get on pretty well with my gang at home...I am the eldest of six kids, I have two sisters and three brothers, three are in college, the other two in school, the youngest is only 10. Real Irish family for you!
I am off to bed, its WAY past my bedtime as usual!

I'll write if you guys do!
What kinds of things do you like to write? I'm leaning more toward science-fiction/fantasy. My trouble with writing is that since I'm not working, I feel guilty if I'm sitting down writing instead of looking for a job  Funny that doesn't apply to all the time I spend on the board ...
I second that it would be nice to read Heather's poem. I love reading other people's work (though I'm no good at poetry).
On the original topic, b/f thinks that I should stay, but I can't get him to explain why. More discussion needed.
By the way - my b-day is on St Paddy's Day  Mom used to say my dad was out drinking green-beer on the day I was born We have some Irish way back in the line, but mostly we're a mix (supposedly have some Native American in there somewhere too).
Anyway, have a nice night ladies!

I have so many ideas in my head it isn't even funny!!! I have sci fi to modern romance! Maybe I will give it a shot again. It will keep me occupied!! Amber don't feel gulity for writing. It is sommething you love to do. BIG HUGS!!!!!

Hello? What are you talking about, it wasn't great?? It IS great! I mean, I'm not good at judging poetry, but I definately LIKE that! I'll bet you could do awesome with a novel too.
