Hey H--
I'm here! I've had a rough stretch these few weeks but it's steadily getting better. It just sucks when it sneaks up on me, esp at work! But today's been ok. I've been keeping my loperamide within reach, but no new attacks today.
It's so sad when I'm thinking, "Hey I'm doing great! 12 hours without an attack!" 
Thanks for the shout out. It's really a happy surprise when I log on and find the well-wishes!!

I am so GLAD your doing better. 
I know it is hard. I am not having a great time right now either. Get as much rest as you can. ( I haven't even gotten out of my pj's in two days YIKES) I realy hope things keep getting better. I am here if ya need to vent.
