Hey guys.....
I just needed to vent!! My landlord just told me the other day that he's decided to sell the house I'm renting. I have to be out by September 30. I've been on a month to month basis with him so he's not required to give me anymore notice than this.
My problem is that I have no money for first and last month's rent and I have no idea where I'm gonna go. I could always stay with a friend for a bit but I hate imposing myself on people.
My stomach has been going crazy because I'm so stressed...I've been feeling great for the past 4 months or so and now my pain is starting to come back again.
Anyway....time to apartment hunt....thanks for listening

Well Yikes. Stress is much fun isn't it  Alot of aparments will have move in specials that don't require first and last month rent just a small security deposit.
That wasn't very concederate of your land lord though.
And hey that is what friends are for to help you out when you need. It will be ok. This could all end up being one of best things you never know. Boy when did I start sounding like my mom. Yikes LOL

Yeah, I agree, shop around a bit. A lot of apartments do offer move in specials so you don't have to lay out so much cash! But, anyway you slice it, moving stinks!!

Well, that sure bites! According to studies, moving is as stressful as changing jobs or death of a loved one!! So it's not like you're overreacting! The stress is REAL!! But it's not hopeless. You WILL get through it. Just keep doing the next right thing and before you know it, it will all work out. Come here and vent anytime. You know we're all cheering for you!
