Pennsylvania I want to thank you so much for recommending the author Geneen Roth. I read her book Breaking Free From Compulsive Eating and I can't tell you how much it struck such a nerve, it was like she was reading me and I was an open book! The part in the book that really hit home was the fact that I don't listen to my body I ignore its signs and abuse it thus the viscous cycle binge-ibs problems-binge. I ordered her book Why Weight? A guide to ending compulsive eating, it is a mini workbook, I just started to work on it last night. I am also seeing a counsler so I feel like I can do this!
