With the FODMAP and GI diet finding calories to fuel my fitness needs is nigh impossible.
My goal prior to being sick was to complete the Army Ranger PFT - This means 49 push-ups, 59 sit-ups, 5 mile run in 40 minutes or less, and 6 chin-ups, plus a 12 mile foot march with a 35 pound pack at a 15min/mile pace.

If any one can help me get back on track I would appreciate it.

HI - I have been following the FODMAP diet for about 5 years. What problems are you having? Is it getting enough protein? Which FODMAP groups give you problems?
