Pages: 1 losing weight with ibs guidelines       #369614 - 06/17/13 09:29 AM Edit Reply Quote laziblu Reged: 06/17/13 Posts: 1 I'm a newbie and thrilled with the info I've found. My recent accelerated Gerd symptoms and past history that no doctor or med (which I hate anyways if I can't be helped naturally) have been able to help me with have got to the point where I am legitimately worried. The reflux and gurgling in my throat has been intolerable. Finding the info on this site made me see my diet has been all wrong all along. But, with 20 lbs to lose, how will I attack this weight loss with the need to eat pasta, potatoes, etc. I know I will need to watch portion control and exercise. I only hope that its not so painstakingly slow that I get discouraged and give up. Any advice? Thanks!
