From the list of trigger foods, coconut is listed as one of the worst. IS 100% pure coconut water a trigger food? I like the Vita Coco brand. Ingredient list is: Coconut Water, Vitamin C.

Welcome to the board,
Question about food usually receive quicker answers if posted on the diet board. Only the pulp and fat from coconut are triggers. Coconut water without pulp should not be a problem

Thank you kindly. I was actually thinking drinking this coconut water would become part of my lifestyle. I am tired of it already and am cancelling auto-ship from the wholeseller it comes from. Every once in a while I'll enjoy some coconut water. Thank you
