I have suffered from IBS for years. I cannot take any supplements in
capsule form. I failed my vitamin test for D, B complex and calcium. I
have spent $1000 of dollars on supplements and end up giving or
throwing them away after about 10 to 14 days. I have been taking a
liquid multi, liquid D and B complex. I have never found a calcium I
can tolerate in any form. Any suggestions or research you can point me
toward?

Thanks

I have been recently dx with ibs predom constipation-I also just had lab work that showed my calcium level to be slightly low. Do you know if this kind of goes hand in hand? I also get very nausiated when I take calcium-I am currently tolerating a prenatal vitamin when I eat first just fine in case this helps. If your a male you may not want to take this though:)
