So,I've been reading the Eating For IBS book and I feel so overwhelmed!! All I'm seeing is that I'm supposed to be eating all these white breads and carbs and things that, to my knowledge, would make a person gain weight; however, I am trying to lose weight! I have been struggling to lose weight for a long time now and it is so hard for me to do. It is even more frustrating because I work out at least 6 days a week for at least an hour or more, alternating between cardio and weight training. I can manage to lose between 3-5 pounds but will almost instantly gain it back within a day or two. I am 5*6, weigh 151 pounds and am trying hard to lose 15 pounds. Eating makes me miserable because I immediately bloat and become uncomfortable and gassy.. HELP!!
