I know heat therapy works well for us, but I am considering investing in some sort of Near infrared sauna. Heating pads, and baths really provide comfort for me so... Wondering if I had access to my own sauna and used it daily, if that would really relax and help me. Has anyone purchased one of these? Has it helped? I keep it on and directed at me several hours per day and all night. Works great and makes me much more comfortable.
