Pages: 1 just started acacia fiber       #352554 - 11/21/09 04:07 AM Edit Reply Quote wendydou Reged: 05/15/08 Posts: 15 should I stop using the Benefiber I've been using all this time too?? I started with 1/2 tsp, how long should I take that before I increase or know when to stop increasing?? I sometimes have periods when everything is fine.. I can't tell if it's one of those times or not..
