I've completed Phase 2 of my behavior modification plan (albeit not as successfully as I hoped) and am starting Phase 4. (As I explain here, I don't do Phase 3.) A full description of Phase 4 is here . I'll post each day as a reply to this post.

A description of my goals is here.

I'm not feeling well today which means I spent most of the day sleeping. I'm not worrying about Phase 4 right now but am being sure to write down what I eat and drink so I don't backslide too much. With any luck, I'll start Phase 4 tomorrow.

Albert Einstein ... discovered that a tiny amount of mass is equal to a huge amount of energy, which explains why, as Einstein himself so eloquently put it in a famous 1939 speech to the Physics Department at Princeton, "You have to exercise for a week to work off the thigh fat from a single Snickers." ~Dave Barry

Didn't drown in a vat of chocolate icing or anything like that. Just a few bad days. I'll be back on track tomorrow.

I hope everyone else is doing well with diet and exercise and so on.

You know we all have bad days. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you.

Sorry I haven't been on in a few days. We are getting ready to sell our house and I have been overwhelmingly busy trying to get my house ready. I haven't exercised on my machines since Sat. but I guess I can count all the lifting, going up and down the stairs a million times, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning out closets, squatting outside working in the garden . . . I stepped on my scale this morning and I was 2 pounds lighter than last week.

A week and a half to the wedding and I feel pretty confident that I will fit into my dress with no problem, yay! I just hope I don't loose my momentum after the wedding. I tend to do that when I have a specific goal when it comes to getting into shape.

Here's to a better day tomorrow!

I recently had my annual physical examination, which I get once every seven years, and when the nurse weighed me, I was shocked to discover how much stronger the Earth's gravitational pull has become since 1990. - Dave Barry

Behavior Modification: My score is 7-Good

Exercises: No
Walking: No

Acacia: 0
Fluid: 36 ounces

Following EFI: There are finally very few UFOs in my diet but it's too gorgeous a day to type in what I ate. The way it's been going around here, though, it will be cold and rainy again tomorrow so I'll feel more like sitting at a computer.
