Has anyone used Align probiotic supplement? I'm thinking of trying it, but I'm concerned with the trace amount of milk protein. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I am ibs-d and used it for a month and didn't see any improvement. However it is different for everybody because some people find that it helps. Its the only probiotic I have used so now I will try another one. Goodluck if you try it and let us know how it works for you.

Hi! Just a new comer's advice, but if you are concerned about using the Align Supplement I would recommend trying Digestive Advantage for IBS. I have been using it for 2 months now and it has worked wonders!

Like Britt said, the Digestive Advantage works! I also use the Digest More Ultra with each meal and it helps to break down the food faster so it passes through more easily and you don't feel so full all of the time!
