First off I want to wish everyone a HAPPY HOLIDAY!! I will be off to my In-Laws where I will hear speaches and my father in law yelling at me that I am too darn skinny and need to eat the mashed potatoes, ham, and spinach and cheese casserole while I tote in my little care package of roasted chicken with zucchini, yellow squash and celery shredded...my sweet potato and a sparse serving of cauliflower....he will tell me I eat like a bird and I need to have some meat on my bones (I am by no means a skinny minnie, I am average at a size 6-8 womens...but you know those good ole Irish men lol)...then I will be off to my mother who will feel bad that I cannot eat the peanut rolled egg creams she has bought or the lemon and cream cheese cake she has made and will try and convince me that it won't hurt if I have a little lol so we must flow through the day defending what we eat even though we would much rather indulge in the more decadent food but darescent in fear of the C, D, and blaoting that would surely follow! I'm not sure, but I think a job interview with the FBI or CIA may actually be easier than holidays with the Gillespie Family lol

Ohhhh... you are so right!!!!!!! Holidays are very tough! Yesterday, sunday, we went to the new Mexican restaurant in town. I had the vegetarian Spinach Quesadillas and some of the rice and beans. It was so good. Then, last night for supper, my Mom cooked us Alaskan King Crab Legs, Grilled frog legs, a salad, and some sushi rolls for appetizers. It was all so wonderful!! But, I could also eat all of it. I was hesitant about the salad, but the sushi rolls were my good buffer, no problems (yet, knock on wood). My fiance and I stuffed ourselves. The crab and frog legs were EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Fiance's parents were having Ham, potato salad, baked beans, deviled eggs, CARAMEL CAKE and a bunch more stuff that I can't eat. That's why we went to my parents house!

That sounds wonderful!! I brought my food to my father in laws, and my mothers lol although I must say my belly was way too full cause I ate a whole box (not even kidding you throught the day..but still that is RIDICULOUS lol ) of my brownies (now they are made with rice flour, fat free, gluten free, and dairy and egg free, but still that's alot of carbs!! my face is swollen today ) then i went home at 8 and started eating baked corn chips lol YIKES!!

Oh! I'm so sorry to here that! Yes, too much of safe foods is still not "safe". I hope by today you are feeling somewhat better! I feel the same here, prego belly and pain! {{HUGS}}
