I was diagnosed with IBS 5 months ago. I have since gotten the pain under control thru diet and supplements from this web site.

I do have a pain on the right lower abdomen that is brought on by physical activity like walking too fast or vacuming. It seems to be different from the ibs pain. I have had every test under the sun done and all is fine. Now the doctors are saying it could be related to the ibs.
I had my gallbladder taken out in July and a Hysterectomy in Nov.

Could this be true, Can IBS pain be brought on by physical activity?

Hi,
i'm wondering the same thing... the only thing i'm sure is that intense sport increase cortisol in our body and cortisol is the stress hormone... so when you train for more than 45 minutes you put your body in chemically stress... i'm also looking if chemically stress is the same than psychological stress...
regards,mika.

the reason my question is urgent is because now my doctor wants to go back in and take out my right ovary. If this right hand pain could be ibs there is no need to take out a pefectly healthy ovary. Help! Need advice A>S>A>P>

Unless he/she has a reason for wanting to take out your ovary, maybe you should seek out another opinion?

I suffer from anxiety, depression, IBS, and lactose intolerance. I think they are all related. If anyone has any suggestions or just want to talk, shoot me an email. I'd love to talk to people with similar symptoms, people who can understand what I am going through. I am also waiting for a kidney transplant. Thanks and God bless you all!
