I'm not sure where to post this:

Anyone experience this before an attack?

I usually have in the mornings when I wake up or when I'm really tired (like clothes shopping...hate it!), I get the tingling in my feet and hands, hot, sweaty and nausea.

In the mornings I get D, but when tired I may just feel these symptoms without having to go to the bathroom.
I've seen an neurologist and he didn't find anything.

Just curious.

Sounds like the verge of a panic attack. All those symptoms are evident of panic attacks and since your already nervous and uneasy then you end up with the D attack. OR if something didn't agree then I would get sweaty, nausea, dizzy, sometimes the tingling then like im going to faint then the major attack on the Potty. Sorry if TMI but thats what would happen to me.. Thankfully I haven't had it severe like that in a long time since finding this board and sticking to the diet religiously. I used to call it blow out syndrome.. Horrible bloating and constipation then it would hit me a few days later with all of the above. I would be homebound for a week between all the uncomfortable bloating and pain usually after the attack all would be so much better.

IBS C Mostly .. More stable than ever Since being on the IBS diet! I THANK GOD FOR THIS BOARD! I can alternate to IBS A at times of stress, hormones or anxiety. LACTOSE INTOLERANT

It's awful right!
It probably is anxiety/panic. I'm going to try out the librax probably during thanksgiving. I have to take a few days to see how I'll react and i can't keep missing work. I'm hoping it helps!
Thanks!!
