Morning or evening workout?

I am A, but mainly C. I wonder which is better...to work out in the morning or late afternoons after work. I am usually pretty bloated from the time I wake up on. Plus I have a desk job so I sit for eight hours. What works better for you? Any suggestions? Thanks!

In my opinion, the best time to exercise is whenever you'll actually do it. I tried evenings, but the only way I'll stick to a daily program is by going in the morning before work, so that's what I do!

I've found that taking breaks to stand up and stretch or walk in place every 30 minutes at work helps me feel better throughout the day. Maybe that would help you too!
