Emptying the bowel

Hello,

I was wondering if other members have the same problem I do. On days when I have a bowel movement, I don't seem to empty totally and have abdominal cramps. I go back to the toilet thinking I have to have another BM but I don't.

I pray this is not colon cancer.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

There is absolutely no reason why that should be colon cancer. Don't worry

I find that I have the same or similar problem as you. I'll go for several days without a bm and then I'll have 7 or 8 within a few hours. My gut definitely has a mind of its own.

I definitely have that problem. It seems like I always have to go. That is supposedly a symptom of IBS, but unfortunately I don't know how to fix it!

This is called "incomplete evacuation" and it is a common - maddening - symptom of IBS. For me, time on Heather's diet plus enough Acacia took care of it.

I agree with everyone else. Don't worry about colon cancer, this is very common among IBS sufferers.
